By accessing or using the Noli Travels platform, booking any trips or events, or participating in any Noli Travels experiences, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Noli Travels. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us and the required deposit or full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any trip due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot, with the balance due by the date specified at the time of booking. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
Noli Travels reserves the right to adjust pricing for trips if costs change significantly due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passports, visas) for international trips. Noli Travels is not responsible for any costs incurred due to invalid or missing travel documents.
Participants must disclose any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or physical limitations that may affect their participation. You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that does not endanger yourself or other participants.
Noli Travels strongly recommends that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel. This should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal accident, and loss of luggage. Noli Travels will not be liable for any costs arising from failure to obtain adequate insurance.
Noli Travels reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
